Job summary

Hallmark Security Management Pte. Ltd. seeks a Security Officer responsible for safeguarding employees, visitors, property, information and facilities.

You will monitor the premises, control access, conduct patrols and maintain accurate security records while delivering courteous and professional service. Key duties include patrolling buildings and grounds, monitoring entrances, CCTV, alarms and access-control systems; verifying identifications and managing visitor passes; responding to alarms

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and designated areas to identify safety or security concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, CCTV, alarms, and access-control systems.
• Verify identification, manage visitor access, issue passes, and maintain entry and exit records.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, suspicious activity, and requests for assistance.
• Enforce organisational policies, site rules, and security procedures consistently and respectfully.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, occurrence records, patrol logs, and handover notes.
• Assist with evacuations, emergency drills, crowd control, and first-response activities.
• Protect confidential information, keys, equipment, and restricted areas.
• Report hazards, damaged security equipment, policy violations, and unusual observations to the supervisor.
• Liaise professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, emergency services, and law-enforcement personnel.
• Provide directions and assistance while maintaining a visible and professional security presence.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or management.
