Job summary

SHUN TAK REAL ESTATE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Officer for Artyzen Singapore, a luxury lifestyle hotel centrally located near Orchard Road.

You will patrol premises, control access, and respond to emergencies to ensure guest and staff safety. Ideal candidates have security and fire safety certifications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
• Monitor and control access to the hotel, including screening visitors and checking IDs.
• Identify and address security risks, such as suspicious behaviour, safety hazards, and fire hazards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and take appropriate action as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence and respond to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to respond to emergencies.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
• Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance security knowledge and skills.
