Job summary

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking a Security Officer dedicated to ensuring the safety of guests and premises. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, control access, and respond to incidents with professionalism and urgency.

Applicants must have completed the Basic Security Course (BSC), be able to work shifts (including weekends/public holidays), and stay physically fit. Comprehensive benefits and staff meals are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform security checks on incoming/outgoing persons and vehicles.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure guest safety and premises security.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain records of security incidents and report to authorities.
• Perform access control duties and issue passes to authorized personnel.
• Enforce security policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend fire and safety trainings as required.

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its occupants. You will be required to patrol the premises, monitor CCTV cameras, perform access control duties, and respond to any security-related incidents.

• Perform security checks on all incoming and outgoing persons and vehicles
• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of the guests
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities
• Perform access control duties, including checking identification and issuing passes to authorized personnel
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Attend fire and safety trainings/courses as and when necessary

Qualifications

• Must have completed the Basic Security Course (BSC)
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties, including standing for long periods, patrolling and responding to emergencies
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations
