Job summary

Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, part of JurongHealth Campus, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead Security, Carpark and Mortuary operations. You will drive incident management, policy implementation and continuous improvement across departments, ensuring compliance and safe patient care.

You will mentor supervisors, oversee risk controls, and coordinate with external agencies to maintain high security standards within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Degree in Security, Emergency or Crisis Management, Public Safety, Workplace Safety, Health and Environment, Healthcare Administration preferred.
• At least 3 years in security, emergency preparedness, transport operations or healthcare operations.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security and carpark operations across JurongHealth Campus.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, surveillance systems and incident response.
• Manage mortuary and transport operations with focus on safety, compliance and efficiency.
• Drive governance, audits and continuous improvement of security functions.
• Support fire safety programmes and emergency preparedness initiatives.
