Job summary

ESET is seeking a Security Monitoring Analyst in Singapore to provide security monitoring services for assigned environments. You will tune the threat monitoring system, analyze threats, and prepare reports for internal and external audiences.

You will collaborate on developing monitoring technologies and threat reporting, consult on cybersecurity for external customers, and work with malware analysis while continuously educating the team on relevant topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Forensics, Information Security or related field.
• Prior experience in cyber intrusion detection, investigation, and analysis.
• Cybersecurity certification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform security monitoring services for assigned customers/environments.
• Tune/optimize threat monitoring system in assigned environments.
• Analyze security threats and evaluate data on potential threats.
• Prepare internal/external reports and communicate incidents to customers.
• Develop new monitoring technologies and improve threat reporting systems.
• Consult on cybersecurity for external customers as part of support or forums.
• Work with malware analysis and malicious code detection systems.
• Educate team members on relevant cybersecurity topics.
