Job summary

careerally pte. ltd. is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to architect, implement, and govern security solutions from a central location in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on expertise across PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and related security tools, with leadership responsibility for the Security Engineering team. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in cybersecurity, strong risk management exposure, and experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with ISMS/ISO 27001, SOC 2, security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, preferably in a banking or highly regulated environment.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, risk remediation, vendor management, and service improvement.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
