Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Security Engineering Leader to oversee architecture, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise information security platforms including PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP and WAF.

This role ensures effective controls aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and ISMS, driving remediation and risk management across the business. You will lead governance forums, manage vendors and budgets, and mentor a high‑performing team to deliver secure, compliant solutions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS and SOC 2.
• Experience leading security engineering/operations teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise security platforms (PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF).
• Ensure regulatory-aligned security controls and drive remediation of gaps across the organization.

Job Description:

Lead the architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise information security platforms and solutions, including PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management.

Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of security controls in alignment with regulatory requirements, NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS and enterprise risk frameworks; identify gaps and drive remediation.

Lead the Security Engineering team, establish service standards, metrics and dashboards, oversee major incident support, vendor management and budgets, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Provide technical security oversight in governance forums, influence senior stakeholders on technology decisions, and develop security engineering standards, strategy and technology roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Job Requirements

At least 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, information security, network security or data security.

Deep hands‑on knowledge of enterprise security technologies and platforms, with strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2, risk management and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated experience leading high‑performing security engineering/operations teams, influencing senior stakeholders, managing vendors and driving cross‑functional initiatives across Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal.
