Job summary

Maltem Asia is seeking a Security Engineer for a Wealth Management client based in Singapore. You will design, deploy and support large-scale Elastic Stack solutions in production.

The role requires hands-on Kafka, Linux administration, scripting in Python or Bash, and automation with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines. Banking sector experience is a plus and you should be rigorous, autonomous and a strong communicator.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience focused on large-scale Elastic Stack design, deployment and production support.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka in production environments.
• Proficient Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Scripting in Python or Bash (minimum 2 years).
• Automation/orchestration with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with production environments (virtual and physical).
• Banking-sector experience is a plus.
