Job summary

TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. is seeking an experienced security professional to lead day-to-day security engineering, compliance support, and secure DevSecOps practices in Singapore.

The role covers implementing security controls, threat modelling, and incident response across projects and production environments. The candidate should have a degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Information Security and 3–7 years in cybersecurity, plus hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Cybersecurity / Information Security or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of IT experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure security.
• Experience supporting security in projects or production environments.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government security policies (IM8 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement security architecture and controls as designed by Security Leads/Architects.
• Support system, application, and infrastructure security configurations.
• Assist in threat modelling and risk assessment activities.
• Translate security requirements into technical implementation across platforms.
• Support assurance activities (SRA, VA, PT) and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Implement and maintain security tools in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning).
• Monitor and triage findings with developers for remediation.
• Assist in API security, secrets management, and secure communications setup.
• Incident response support, vulnerability tracking and remediation tracking.
• RBAC, MFA, PAM and least-privilege access reviews.
