Manus AI is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to secure our global multi-cloud infrastructure and products. You will work across security architecture, incident response, and automation, owning security improvements from risk assessment through implementation and verification.

Responsibilities include threat modeling, incident readiness, cloud security, and compliance with ISO/SOC frameworks. The role requires 5+ years of security experience and strong cloud and application security skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years designing and improving security systems at scale.
• Expertise in cloud security across AWS/GCP/Azure and native security tools.
• Linux security: hardening, log analysis, intrusion detection, incident response.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure security incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Web/app security experience including pentesting and code auditing.
• Experience building security tools or automation scripts (Python/Go).

Responsibilities

• Threat modeling and security reviews for new features and architecture.
• Lead incident response and conduct root cause analysis and remediation.
• Secure cloud infrastructure across IAM, network, and workload security.
• Define security strategy and practical improvement plans with engineering teams.
• Build and maintain security automation tools and workflows.
• Support ISO 27001/27701 and SOC 2 compliance with evidence for audits.
• Perform security code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and pen tests.
