Job summary

Univers seeks a Cloud Security Engineer to own security across a hybrid cloud stack. You will defend Azure environments, work with GCP tooling, and automate security with AI-assisted tooling. This hands-on role focuses on secure AI/ML workloads and scalable controls.

You will implement IAM policies, threat detection, and incident response while collaborating with infrastructure and platform teams to raise the security baseline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud security experience with Azure and GCP.
• Proficient in scripting (Python) and automation.
• Experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms and incident response.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM security concepts and threats.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders on security requirements and best practices.
• Lead security utilities using scripting and AI-assisted automation.
• Build threat detection across a multi-cloud stack (Azure & GCP).
• Own SIEM/SOAR deployment and day-to-day tuning.
• Deploy security tooling for AI/ML workloads and secure AI systems.
• Govern access for human and non-human identities across Azure and GCP.
• Develop security roadmap aligned to customer needs and regulations.
