Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Security Consulting Practitioner with deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, data security, information protection, and data loss prevention. You will deliver security consulting, assessments, and project delivery for enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes governance, roadmaps, and strategy, translating complex security requirements into practical business solutions while leading cross-functional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years of IT and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience in Data Security, Information Classification, Information Protection, and DLP.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of leadership, management, or client-facing security consulting experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Apply security best practices and frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
• Support compliance with relevant data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Provide security guidance for Information Classification, Information Protection, and DLP solutions.
