Job summary

SAKSOFT PTE LIMITED is seeking a Process Automation Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive security automation, data analytics, and Splunk-centric operations. You will design, deploy, and maintain distributed Splunk environments, optimize ingestion and search, and build dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Splunk SPL expertise and Linux command line.
• Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Cloud security knowledge across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain distributed Splunk environments integrated with infrastructure and security.
• Drive security automation using Splunk, Python, APIs, dashboards, and AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, and automation workflows for security monitoring.
• Optimize data ingestion, search performance, and platform availability for Splunk.
• Administer Splunk access controls, deployments, upgrades, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and document findings.
• Support security engineering across AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and OpenShift Container Platform.
• Develop integrations between cloud security services and SIEM tooling.
• Collaborate with infra/platform teams to implement security-by-design controls across cloud/container environments.
