Job summary

Singapore Security Force Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Administrator (SSO) to manage security administration, officer deployment, and scheduling at our Tai Seng site in Singapore. The role involves coordinating shifts, emails, and daily operations to ensure seamless security coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in security, an SSO-grade licence or equivalent, and strong MS Word/Excel proficiency, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security industry experience.
• SSO-grade security licence or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security officer deployment and manpower coordination.
• Able to draft and send professional emails independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle security officer deployment and manpower scheduling.
• Coordinate shift arrangements, relief officers, and deployment changes.
• Prepare and send professional emails to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
• Maintain officer attendance, deployment records, and operational reports.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and site supervisors.
• Assist with daily security operations and ensure smooth manpower coverage.
