Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript and MongoDB to design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable applications.

The role follows AGILE/Scrum methodology and DevSecOps practices and requires collaboration with project managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and customers to meet acceptance criteria and regulatory standards. You will contribute to code reviews, documentation, and deployment guides, supporting audits

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coding, testing and documentation of secure and scalable software per government cybersecurity standards.
• Develop modular frontend and backend components to improve maintainability and performance.
• Execute data migrations, transformations and scripting for system upgrades and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and apply QA tools to ensure high-quality, zero-defect delivery.
• Conduct unit and system testing and support SIT/UAT phases for reliability.
• Collaborate in AGILE projects, including Scrum sprints and daily stand-ups.
• Work with project managers, analysts, UI/UX designers, QA, and customers to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare technical documentation, system guides and deployment instructions for knowledge transfer and operations.
• Support audits, security reviews and compliance for government projects.
