Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive Production, Module, IE, and Training functions, delivering targets for cycle time, turns, moves, quality, and delivery.

The role requires ownership of daily production execution, WIP management, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives; you will coordinate cross-functional teams and promote Lean practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, WIP management, process improvement, and Lean practices.
• Good problem-solving, coordination and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Production, Module, IE, and Trainer teams to achieve module targets for turns, moves, cycle time, and DPP.
• Provide timely and practical solutions to day-to-day operational issues within the module.
• Plan, organize, define, and sustain effective WIP management methods to support stable production flow.
• Review, validate, and improve new and existing work procedures with Module, IE, and Training teams to ensure alignment with production requirements for DPP, quality, turns, and moves.
• Drive and coordinate improvement projects with Module, IE, and Training teams to enhance production quality, throughput, and delivery performance.
• Promote and apply Lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support operational excellence.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure standard work practices are followed and sustained.
• Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions where necessary to meet production objectives.

Your role
