Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Consultant to drive secure network solutions for customers. You will lead design workshops, deploy and optimize Fortinet products, and provide expert guidance throughout project lifecycles.

Strong SOC and incident response experience, plus certifications, are highly valued. The role requires collaboration with regional teams, the ability to work remote or onsite as needed, and a commitment to ongoing skills development in Fortinet

Qualifications

• 8-10 years+ relevant network security experience, preferably with a network security vendor.
• 5+ years’ experience in LAN/WAN/Internet support or administration.
• 3+ years’ experience with Network Security Products.
• Strong knowledge of core Internet protocols and applications (TCP/IP).
• External network security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Professional Services engagements professionally and timely with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Develop understanding of customer requirements: scope, technical requirements, solution design.
• Conduct design workshops with customers remotely and onsite.
• Lead deployment, migration and optimization of Fortinet solutions in customer environments.
• Execute project tasks in line with timelines and quality standards.
• Act as trusted advisor and provide technical consultation during project delivery.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Fortinet products and related security disciplines.
• Interface with partners and share knowledge internally.
• Develop and update implementation best practices and reusable assets.
• Prepare SOWs, knowledge transfer, and customer satisfaction surveys.
