JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Boon Lay is seeking a Seafood Processor worker to join our team. The role involves early shifts from 4.30am to 1.00pm, handling seafood such as salmon, with duties including filleting, descaling, cleaning and cutting. The position offers a monthly salary range of 2800–3000 SGD.

Daily tasks include maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and sanitizing equipment at the end of each shift in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Handling of Seafood such as filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing, peeling and cutting.
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness for all work areas and ensure stations are cleaned after end of day.
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station following company cleanliness standards.
