Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Seafood Processing Worker at Boon Lay, Singapore. The role handles filleting, descaling, cleaning and other seafood prep duties, with a focus on maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,000 per month plus overtime, with six working days per week from early morning. Prior back kitchen or central kitchen experience is preferred to ensure efficiency and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE qualifications.
• Experience in back kitchen or central kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle seafood prep: filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing and cutting.
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality.
• Keep work areas clean and stations cleaned after end of day.
• Sanitize materials and machinery at shift end and clean the worker station.

Job Description

• Handling of Seafood such as filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing, peelingand cutting
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness for all work areas and ensure all stations are cleaned after end of day
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
