Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore (Boon Lay) is seeking a Seafood Processing Worker to join our kitchen team. You will perform seafood preparation tasks, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards for daily operations.

Working hours are 4:30am–1:30pm, six days a week, with an OT top-up. Basic monthly salary range SGD 2,800–3,000 plus overtime, with the opportunity for additional earnings through overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE qualifications.
• Experience working in back kitchen or central kitchen.
• Candidates will be required to handle seafood.

Responsibilities

• Filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing and cutting seafood.
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness for all work areas and ensure all stations are cleaned after end of day.
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards.
