Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Seafood Processing Worker in Boon Lay, Singapore.

Working six days a week, from 4:30am to 1:30pm, basic salary is 2,800–3,000 SGD plus OT. Responsibilities include filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing and cutting seafood, maintaining high standards of food preparation and cleanliness, and sanitizing equipment at shift end. Requirements: minimum PSLE qualifications and experience in back kitchen or central kitchen; ability to handle

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE qualifications.
• Experience working in back kitchen or central kitchen.
• Candidates will be required to handle seafood.

Responsibilities

• Filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, peeling and cutting seafood.
• Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness for all work areas and ensure stations are cleaned after end of day.
• Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards.
