Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervisory or assistant managerial roles in F&B or food production.
• Knowledge of SFA regulations and food safety systems (HACCP/ISO 22000 is a plus).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for floor operations.
• Excellent communication and vendor relations; proficient with basic office tools.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as production demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day production schedules and resource allocation.
• Supervise the production team and kitchen supervisors to maintain quality and adherence to processing flowcharts.
• Manage inventory levels of raw ingredients and packaging materials, coordinating logistics with suppliers.
• Ensure hygiene standards and monitor temperature logs and cleanliness checklists.
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and cover managerial duties in the Operations Manager's absence.
• Coordinate with departments to streamline order fulfillment for delivery and distribution.
