Job summary

J.P. Morgan's APAC Private Banking team in SEA seeks a Professional to provide operational support to Advisors and the broader team, manage onboarding, update account documentation, and own the full trading life-cycle with a focus on the Thailand and Australia markets.

You will collaborate with Bankers and Investors, deepen knowledge across all asset classes, and ensure accurate execution and client service while upholding confidentiality and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank, with background in brokerage and/or trading.
• Strong knowledge of the Private Bank business and asset classes/products.
• Ability to work under tight market deadlines with accuracy in executing Clients' directed orders.
• Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with sound judgement and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Advisors and the broader team.
• Help manage account opening/onboarding with onboarding officer as subject matter expert.
• Support Bankers with updating account documentation, authorities & Sig Lists and client Periodic Review processes.
• Own the full trading life-cycle, from pre-trade checks to post-trade confirmations, focusing on Thailand and Australia markets.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by Private Bank.
• Interact with external clients for day-to-day account administration and servicing.
• Partner with Client Service and broader team to manage Accounts and Credit facilities.
• Open new accounts as instructed, ensuring documentation is complete and approved.
• Assist advisors in client meeting prep and analysis of investment performance for presentations.
