Private Advertiser is seeking an organized professional to manage end-to-end sea import shipments (FCL/LCL) within a freight-forwarding setup in Singapore. You will prepare import documents, monitor schedules, and coordinate with carriers, brokers, and hauliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Min “O" / Diploma holder with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in handling Ocean freight Import shipments is a must.
• Freight forwarding & Ocean freight experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with SAP is an advantage but is not a must.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sea import shipments (FCL/LCL), from cargo arrival to final delivery.
• Prepare and process import documents, including Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, permits, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Monitor vessel schedules and shipment status, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, customs brokers, hauliers, and transport providers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment or operational issues promptly.
• Arrange Delivery Order release, trucking, cargo clearance, and delivery.
• Prepare customer billing and coordinate on costing or special billing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, permit requirements, and company procedures.
• Provide operational support and backup to team members when required.
