Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience in social media or community management.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord.
• Proven ability to manage content calendars and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and SEA audiences.
• Excellent written communication and judgement in public-facing comms.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple channels.
• English proficiency; Thai/Bahasa Indonesia/Vietnamese/Japanese a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage designated social media channels for SEGA's franchises across Southeast Asia, including content planning, publishing oversight, community interactions, and channel performance.
• Work closely with external agencies to develop and execute social media content calendars, campaigns, and ongoing channel activities.
• Ensure social content is engaging, culturally relevant, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to each platform's audience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on shared social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok, to ensure coordinated planning and execution.
• Oversee community engagement, including responding to player inquiries, moderating discussions, and maintaining a positive environment across social platforms and Discord.
• Plan and execute social media and community activations, including competitions, livestreams, fan activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor channel analytics, campaign performance, social trends, and community sentiment, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Manage agency deliverables, timelines, content quality, and campaign execution to ensure activities are completed within agreed budgets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on content localisation, product launches, marketing campaigns, and franchise initiatives.
• Support offline community activations, trade shows, and partner promotions where required.
