SEGA Singapore is seeking an ATLUS Community & Social Manager to lead ATLUS social media and community strategy across Southeast Asia while owning the development and management of the ATLUS Global Discord. Hybrid 3 day work from office.

You will build meaningful relationships with fans, translate campaigns to SEA audiences, and align with ATLUS HQ and regional teams to ensure authentic communication and strong engagement across Discord and social channels.

Qualifikationen

• Min 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
• Experience owning social channels and/or online communities.
• Strong understanding of Discord and community-platform management.
• Experience managing external agencies and complex content workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own ATLUS Global Discord and SEA social media strategy and calendar.
• Develop community programmes, events and activities to strengthen brand affinity.
• Coordinate with regional publishing teams to represent markets in the global community.
• Manage external agencies, briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Define KPIs, track performance and provide insights for future activity.
• Present plans and insights to stakeholders.
