Job summary

Accenture Song in Southeast Asia is seeking an Associate Director of Service & Experience Design to lead complex transformation programs, shape experience-led growth, and grow the design practice across SEA.

You will oversee regional client leadership, design excellence, and people leadership, while partnering with senior executives and driving opportunities across multiple markets and delivery locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, Product Design, Business, Innovation, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading service design, CX, digital product, innovation, or transformation programmes in consulting, agency, or enterprise environments.
• Experience leading regional or multi-market engagements across Southeast Asia or other international markets.
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior business leaders and drive strategic decision-making.
• Track record of managing large cross‑functional teams across design, business, and technology disciplines.
• Experience developing business cases, shaping opportunities, supporting sales pursuits, and contributing to revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in human‑centred design, service design, CX transformation, and digital product delivery.
• Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale service design, CX, and digital transformation programs across SEA with measurable outcomes.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, shaping strategic roadmaps and growth opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple markets, locations.
• Drive end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation with quality standards.
• Develop and grow senior client relationships and expand engagements.
• Support regional growth through opportunity qualification, proposals, and presentations.
• Establish governance, delivery frameworks to enable scale in SEA.
• Influence executives with business cases and customer insights.
• Mentor design talent across the region through coaching and succession planning.
• Champion AI-enabled design practices and new delivery methods.
• Represent Accenture Song in industry forums and client events.
