Qualifications

• Experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or regional commercial roles within healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and decision-support capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBRs/QBRs with distributors and country managers to review sales performance and inventory health.
• Own regional sales and inventory dashboards and ensure KPI tracking and forecasting accuracy.
• Drive forecast alignment and inventory planning with country teams and distributors across SEA.
