Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Health, Communications, Marketing, Events Management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Clinic planning and partner coordination across Southeast Asia; assist with clinic prep and lens/edging arrangements.
• Cost tracking and reporting; consolidate clinic costs and maintain records for supervisor review.
• Marketing, events and country engagement; design event collaterals in Canva and assist with planning.
• Project administration and programme reporting; maintain schedules, notes and country updates.
