EssilorLuxottica in Singapore is seeking a Regional Corporate Communications Intern for SEAK. The role focuses on internal communications, storytelling, and supporting employee engagement initiatives across the Southeast Asia & Korea region.

You will develop stories for internal platforms, assist with external announcements, and help manage brand assets while gaining hands-on experience in corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Communications Studies / Mass Communications / Communication & Information
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 Months (Jan - Jun/Jul, 2027)
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Bonus if adept with Adobe Photoshop, Canva and has creative digital design skills
• Analytical ability, solution-oriented and able to work with PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple topics under tight deadlines
• Reliable, autonomous, precise, with good organization and communication skills

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role reports to the Regional Head of Corporate Communications, Southeast Asia & Korea who is based in Singapore.

Internal communications:

Working together with cross-functional colleagues across the business to support employee engagement strategies including implementing energizing Employee engagement activities

Roving reporter to develop stories for the One EssilorLuxottica internal platform to keep colleagues apprised of the latest happenings around the region (ie. New retail stores, new brand launches, awards, milestone events) and digital platforms including Global LinkedIn and corporate newsletters.

Supporting the roll out of our key People Programs to SEAK regional colleagues

Managing corporate brand assets and local templates

External communications:

Working alongside the Head of Corporate Communications on external corporate announcements and milestones to raise the reputation of EssilorLuxottica in the region. (ie media events/ media outreach etc)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Currently studying Communications Studies / Mass Communications/ Communication & Information

• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 Months (Jan - Jun/Jul, 2027)
