Cleantech Solar is seeking an Accountant to provide full accounting for all Southeast Asian entities. The role involves month-end close, AP/AR oversight, and cost control across SEA projects, with GST/VAT compliance and statutory reporting support in Singapore and other SEA entities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance, strong ERP experience (MS Dynamics 365 BC), sharp analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with prior audit background preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERPs—MS Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, dependable and highly motivated.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment to meet tight reporting deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Maintain full set of accounts for SEA entities, including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and cash.
• Perform month-end closing activities for SEA entities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Oversee AP activities and ensure timely payments in line with cash flow planning.
• Oversee AR activities, including customer invoicing, AR posting, ageing monitoring and follow-ups.
• Monitor and control project costs and WIP by tracking actuals, commitments, and accruals, and prepare variances analyses.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
• Review monthly AR, AP, intercompany sub-ledger reconciliations and prepare balance sheet schedules.
