Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Singapore is seeking an SDLC Specialist to manage and improve the SDLC toolchain for global engineering teams. You will configure projects, repositories, pipelines, and permission models, and ensure secure, scalable workflows.

This hands-on role partners with Product Owners and DevOps to enhance developer experience, enforce best practices, and support cross-region deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience operating and configuring SDLC tools across multiple programmes.
• Expertise in CI/CD principles, build systems, and DevOps ways of working.
• Experience diagnosing issues across toolchains and integrations.
• Knowledge of identity systems (SSO, LDAP, Azure AD).
• Exposure to scripting for automation (Python, Bash).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the SDLC toolchain across projects and regions.
• Integrate Jira, Bitbucket, CI/CD, SonarQube and Artifactory end-to-end.
• Monitor tool health, performance, and incident response.
• Maintain traceability and audit-ready data across processes.
• Provide user enablement, documentation, and support.
