Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, driving engineering excellence and mentoring technical talent.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Program Managers to define goals, roadmap, and AI strategy.
• Stay ahead of the evolving AI threat landscape and solve emerging technical challenges.
• Cultivate partnerships across internal stakeholders and external industry leaders.
