Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced network engineer to design and build SD-WAN service infrastructure in Singapore.

You will perform market scans and PoC evaluations, support Proof-of-Value for customers, and assist in L3/L4 escalations for platform issues. The role involves lifecycle management of services, development of new features, and technical planning with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment, and Support teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT or related engineering field.
6–8 years of experience in Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco environment.
CCNP or equivalent certification.
Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing, and network/security concepts.
Basic knowledge in Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Good writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.
Conduct market scans and technical evaluations via PoC.
Support Proof-of-Value to customers.
Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform issues.
Manage service product lifecycle (EOL/EOS, releases, upgrades).
Develop new features and platform enhancements.
Handle technical planning, network/security engineering, and project coordination.
Define Day 1 & Day 2 technical scope of work.
Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment and Support teams.
