Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in an Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and network/security concepts.
• Basic knowledge in Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.
• Perform market scan and technical evaluation via Proof-of-Concept.
• Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.
• Manage service product lifecycle including EOL/EOS, releases, and upgrades.
• Define Day 1 & 2 technical scope of work.
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Fulfilment, and Support teams.
