Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a proactive Scientist (Nutrition and Metabolism) to support a research project on dietary interventions across local cuisines in Singapore. You will help coordinate study activities, plan and prepare intervention meals, manage participant scheduling and logistics, and assist in reporting and documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in human study coordination, familiarity with nutrition research, data collection tools, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Qualification in nutrition, food science, biomedical science, sports science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in research coordination of human studies.
• Familiarity with research logistics, participant coordination, and data collection tools.
• Comfortable with field-based work and hands-on measurements, able to work flexible hours.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Able plan and prepare multi-ethnic meals for nutrition intervention.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of a research project on dietary intervention.

• Perform study monitoring, study progress and ensure all research activities comply with ethical and safety guidelines.

• Analysis and interpretation of data and preparation of the study report.
