Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a proactive Scientist (Nutrition and Metabolism) to support a dietary intervention study. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, assist in meal preparation, manage participant recruitment, and monitor study progress to ensure ethical and safe conduct of the research.

The role involves nutrient analysis of meals and data interpretation, with opportunities to contribute to scientific reports and publications.

Qualifications

• Qualification in nutrition, food science, biomedical science, sports science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in research coordination of human studies.
• Familiarity with research logistics, participant coordination, and data collection tools.
• Comfortable with field-based work and hands-on measurements, able to work flexible hours.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Able plan and prepare multi-ethnic meals for nutrition intervention.

Responsibilities
