Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in nutrition or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in research coordination of human studies.
• Familiarity with research logistics, participant coordination, and data collection tools.
• Comfortable with field-based work and hands-on measurements.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to plan and prepare multi-ethnic meals for nutrition intervention.
• Knowledge in nutrient analysis is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations of a dietary intervention research project.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver meals per the study protocol.
• Manage logistics including participant recruitment, scheduling, and meal delivery.
• Perform study monitoring and ensure compliance with ethical and safety guidelines.
• Manage adverse event documentation and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct nutrient analysis of meals and participant intake data.
• Analyze data and assist in preparing the study report.
