Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Scientist (Chemistry) for a Pharma MNC to provide laboratory and technical support for MS&T activities, including technology transfer, process optimization, investigations, and equipment qualification.

The role emphasizes compliance with GxP, SOPs, and safety, with responsibilities spanning experimentation, support across upstream, downstream, analytical, and pilot-scale labs, documentation, and inventory management.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biologics, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience in pharma.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct laboratory experiments and studies per approved protocols and procedures.
• Support upstream, downstream, analytical, and pilot-scale lab activities.
• Perform investigative testing to assist deviation investigations and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain laboratory instructions; evaluate new equipment and technologies.
• Support lab equipment qualification, maintenance, change control, and documentation.
• Manage laboratory supplies, including procurement and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SOPs, HSE standards, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and proper documentation/storage/archiving.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biologics, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations, technical tools, and safe chemical handling practices.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
