Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore invites applications for Analytical Chemist (Investigation Team) on a 9 months contract with a Pharma MNC in the West.

You will ensure data accuracy for issue resolution, contribute to new testing methods, draft and update GMP/GLP documents, and lead or participate in investigations arising from lab incidents.

Qualifications

• Min. 1–2 years of experience in an analytical lab environment, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills with strong foundation in analytical chemistry.
• Good knowledge of GMP and GLP.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all data supporting the resolution of process and method issues have sufficient accuracy to allow for correct actions.
• Contribute to the formulation and development of plans for implementation of new testing technologies and methods.
• Draft, compile, review and update laboratory documents (testing protocols, procedures, guidelines) relating to GMP and lab framework.
• Lead or participate in investigations arising from laboratory investigations, incidents; assess impact and recommend remedial actions.

• Ensure that all data supporting the resolution of process and method issues have sufficient accuracy to allow for the correct actions to be taken to address the issue.
• Contribute to the formulation and development of the plans for the implementation of new testing technologies and methods.
• Draft, compile. review and update appropriate laboratory documents such as testing protocol, procedures and guidelines relating to GMP and operational framework of the laboratory.
• Lead or participate in investigation arising from laboratory investigation, incidents and accurately assess the impact of the failure so as to make appropriate recommendations remedial actions for follow-up.

Requirement:

• Min. Science degree holder with experience in the field of Chemical, Pharma or Manufacturing industry
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in an analytical lab environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills with strong foundation in analytical chemistry
• Good knowledge of GMP and GLP
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments
• Good knowledge of quality, laboratory techniques and laboratory compliance
• Candidates with no prior experience will be considered
