Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate to join the Scientific Support Services – Flavour & Fragrance in a hands-on laboratory environment at Biopolis, near Buona Vista MRT. The role offers a fixed salary and regular office hours, Monday to Friday, in a laboratory setting.

You will support daily lab operations, manage raw materials, coordinate workloads, and help train teammates while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day laboratory and raw material management activities
• Complete and review work assignments and coordinate workload within the team
• Support the training and cross-training of team members according to established procedures
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with SOPs, safety requirements and quality management systems
• Participate in cost, quality and operational efficiency improvement initiatives
• Coordinate and ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment
• Maintain proper laboratory housekeeping and organisation
• Work closely with the Team Lead and team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations

Looking for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience within a Flavour & Fragrance scientific laboratory environment, supporting laboratory operations and raw material management.
