Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Science Tutor to help students deepen their understanding of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You will deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Candidates with teaching or tutoring experience in Science, a supportive attitude, and the ability to commit to 3 weekdays plus weekend sessions will fit well in this role. Training and resources are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; science background preferred.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience in Science is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology.

• Deliver engaging and impactful lessons using interactive teaching methods.
• Conduct lessons with enthusiasm and creativity to encourage participation.
• Mark and review student work with accuracy and care.
• Monitor progress and share constructive feedback with students and parents/guardians.
• Create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
• Provide timely updates to parents on student achievements and areas for improvement.
• Maintain open communication with parents to foster collaboration.
• Participate in training sessions, curriculum development initiatives, and company events.

Location: Islandwide (Will request for location close to you)

Working Hours: 3 Weekdays + 2 weekends

Our client is a well-established learning centre with over 20 locations islandwide. They are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Tutor to help students strengthen their understanding of scientific concepts across Physics, Chemistry or Combined Science. Whether it's guiding schoolwork, exam preparation, or sparking curiosity in science, you will play a vital role in each student's growth.

What You'll Do:
