Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Product Claims and Regulatory Manager to lead robust substantiation for product performance claims, working within Global Legal Services. You will collaborate with Business Units, Research, and Legal to develop substantiation strategy, perform risk assessments, interpret data, and communicate complex science in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine robust claims substantiation strategy to support the Business Units' claims vision.
• Create substantiation documentation for each project.
• Coordinate with credible partners and test houses, setting up method development briefs.
• Ensure knowledge retention and sharing within the PCR team.
• Undertake technical risk assessments for substantiation and share with Business Unit and Legal teams.
• Communicate complex scientific information in non-technical language.
• Provide technical support to the Litigation team on challenges.
• Analyze data and determine appropriate statistical analyses.
• Support Dyson's PCF framework by attending milestone meetings.
• Review assets ahead of launch.
• Contribute to PCR Team strategy and policies.
• Align PCR Team goals with Global Legal Services strategy.
• Deliver services efficiently and at a competitive cost.
• Ensure quality and consistency of service delivery, acting on stakeholder feedback.
• Manage and prioritise resources by strategic value to Dyson.
• Promote collaboration across Dyson Legal teams, Dyson and external stakeholders.
