HASHALGO TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Operation Support Officer to assist in daily school operations at an MOE secondary school near Simei MRT, Singapore.

The role involves maintaining clean facilities, securing premises, and providing logistical support for events and exams. The position requires physical fitness, good communication with staff, students, and visitors, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• PSLE or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors.
• Medically fit and comfortable performing physical duties.
• Experience in school operations, cleaning, facilities support, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operational needs of the school.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, equipment, and workspaces.
• Open and secure classrooms, offices, gates, windows, and other school facilities.
• Provide logistical support for school events, examinations, and activities, including setting up and moving furniture and equipment.
• Assist in transporting and arranging supplies, stock, and materials.
• Provide relief coverage for other Operation Support Officers when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by authorised school personnel.
