Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated School Health Assistant in Singapore to manage the first-aid room, handle queries from students, parents and teachers, and support staff on campus.

The role requires 3 years of primary school experience, a valid First Aid with CPR and AED, and at least a GCE O'Level. You will multitask with good time management and assist with stock-taking, reports and event support.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of similar experience in a primary school.
• Valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification.
• At least a GCE 'O' Level.
• Ability to multitask with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls and queries from all stakeholders.
• Help with walk-in queries from students, parents and teachers.
• Provide first-aid to students.
• Manage first-aid room to include stock-taking, packing and simple cleaning.
• Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students.
• Monitor lost and found items.
• Prepare data reports such as meal voucher report and wellness and injury reports.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the school.
