Job summary

Vinayak Scaffold & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated First Aid Officer to support a primary school. You will handle enquiries, provide first aid to students, and manage the First Aid Room during the school day.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience in a primary school, a GCE O-Level, and valid CPR & AED certification. You will also assist with reports and other admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a primary school.
• Valid First Aid with CPR & AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders.
• Provide first aid and basic support to students when required.
• Manage the First Aid Room, including stock-taking, packing and basic cleaning.
• Prepare and pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students.
• Manage lost & found items and maintain proper records.
• Prepare reports such as meal voucher and wellness/injury reports.
• Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the school.
