Job summary

EtonHouse International Education Group is seeking a Facilities Officer in Singapore to lead daily maintenance, upkeep and safety of school premises. You will coordinate preventive maintenance (air- conditioning, equipment, painting), manage vendor on-site activities and support events with room setup and teardown.

The role requires a Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management and 3–4 years in a school or similar setting, with strong English communication and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management.
• At least 3-4 years of work experience in school or similar environment.
• Self-driven and committed with excellent follow up.
• Results oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Mandarin ability would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, security and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Plan and carry out regular preventive maintenance (Aircon, kitchen equipment, painting, cleaning).
• Handle maintenance requests and monitor response time.
• Oversee upkeep of school buildings and surroundings.
• Troubleshoot routine maintenance and repairs; fix installations.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed.
• Support school events and room setups/teardown.
• Manage external vendors and on-site contractors for maintenance works.
