Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of counselling experience in a school setting.
• Receive ongoing case supervision by a trained clinical supervisor.
• Relevant counselling certifications and skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and drop-in student counselling sessions.
• Meet monthly with HOD Student Development to provide updates on counselees.
• Prepare for Case Management Team meetings and follow-up actions.
• Monitor the online counselling appointment portal; basic training will be provided.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and assist with crisis management when required.
• Follow school procedures for staff consultation, parent engagement, and handover.
• Safeguard confidential information and retain school records.
