Pay

Part-Time

• $15/hour (after training & when operating solo)

Full-Time

• $2,500/month (solo-based)

All staff start as part-time.
Full-time roles are offered to suitable staff that expressed interest based on operational needs.
Working Hours

Full-Time:

• Weekdays only
• 9 hours daily, typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Based on school operating days (approx. 18 days/month)

Paid Leave Credit (Full-Time Only)

School-based role with a Paid Leave Credit system (cash benefit, not annual leave):

• 14 days per year
• Paid in cash end-June & end-December
• Not selectable leave days
• Cannot be used on school operating days
• Redeployed days (if any) are paid as normal working days

Job Scope

School Closure Periods

• Home-Based Learning (approx. 2 days/month)
• School events and holidays
• No work during closures unless redeployed (subject to availability)
