Qualifications

• Apply colour treatments, such as henna or glosses, to enhance hair appearance and condition.
• Massage and Relaxation Techniques: Offer scalp massages as part of hair treatments to promote relaxation and improve blood circulation.
• Utilize massage techniques to relieve tension and stress, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Hair Analysis: Analyse hair texture, thickness, and overall health to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
• Assess scalp conditions and make recommendations for ongoing care and maintenance.
• Product Knowledge and Sales: Stay informed about hair care products and treatments available in the salon.
• Educate clients on suitable at-home hair care routines and products for maintaining treatment results.
• Assist with product sales and recommend appropriate products for clients.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the cleanliness and safety of equipment, tools, and work areas.
